Before you begin the registration process, please have the following information ready to upload into your application:

  • Métis Citizenship card and registry number
  • All sources of income, including:
    • Ontario Disability Support Program (ODSP)
    • Ontario Works (OW)
    • Canada Pension Plan (CPP)
    • Old Age Security (OAS)
    • Guaranteed Income Supplement (GIS)
    • Canada Child Benefit (CCB)
    • Universal Child Care Benefit (UCCB)
    • Ontario Child Care Supplement for Working Families
    • Ontario Child Benefit (OCB)
    • Child Support
  • Copies of your most recent utility bills and related monthly expenses
  • Valid photo identification

All documents must be uploaded as part of your application.
