Registering with the online Central Applicant Registry will ensure that you are in our database for consideration when a unit that meets your household needs becomes available.
Before you begin the registration process, please have the following information ready to upload into your application:
- Métis Citizenship card and registry number
- All sources of income, including:
- Ontario Disability Support Program (ODSP)
- Ontario Works (OW)
- Canada Pension Plan (CPP)
- Old Age Security (OAS)
- Guaranteed Income Supplement (GIS)
- Canada Child Benefit (CCB)
- Universal Child Care Benefit (UCCB)
- Ontario Child Care Supplement for Working Families
- Ontario Child Benefit (OCB)
- Child Support
- Copies of your most recent utility bills and related monthly expenses
- Valid photo identification
All documents must be uploaded as part of your application.
